ACCESS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE is seeking a Director of Operations who will oversee financial management, HR, payroll, and vendor relations while scaling our operations to support growth in California. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with the Board.

The ideal candidate brings nonprofit financial acumen, HR leadership, and a systems-thinking approach aligned with ACCESS’ anti-racist, trauma-informed values.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit financial management, HR and operations.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff and administer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial management and budgeting.
• Lead HR, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and contract management.
• Develop scalable operations infrastructure aligned with mission and values.
• Provide strategic direction to Executive Director and Board on operations.
