Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an Evaluation Manager to oversee program-level planning, evaluation, and knowledge management across grant-funded initiatives. You will coordinate with staff to ensure data quality and timely reporting, acting as the day-to-day liaison for the evaluation team.

The role requires at least 5 years in evaluation and project management within nonprofit or health care, plus Six Sigma Greenbelt and PMP certifications are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care, social services, or public health required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven evaluation and project management experience in nonprofit/health care.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and PMP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day coordination for grant-funded programs and other AltaMed initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between evaluation team and AltaMed staff; coordinate data collection and reporting.
• Develop and deliver evaluation trainings and support to ensure timely, accurate monitoring and evaluation.
