Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative, operations, grant management, or data role (nonprofit/philanthropic experience a plus).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and own data accuracy with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with database and project tracking tools; experience with Salesforce and Asana a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Discretion with sensitive information and enthusiasm for the Foundation’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to the Impact team, helping manage calendars, meetings, and competing priorities.
• Coordinate team and cross-departmental meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups.
• Maintain team calendars, timelines, and deliverable trackers to keep work on schedule.
• Collaborate on special projects that improve team efficiency, documentation, and workflows.
• Collect data and deliverables specified in each grant agreement’s reporting requirements; follow up with grantees to ensure completeness.
