Job summary

ImpactAssets is seeking an Associate, Investment Operations to join our Investment Services team. This full-time remote role supports investment execution and post-investment monitoring for private debt and equity impact investments, with a requirement to work East Coast business hours and travel 1–2 times per year.

Qualifications

3+ years in accounting, finance, or investment operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Exposure to impact investing and private markets across asset classes.

Responsibilities

Review investment recommendations across themes and structures for suitability.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
Coordinate document execution and wiring of funds.
Support investment data entry in multiple management systems.
Create loan schedules.
Lead or support process-improvement projects.
Enhance client experience for engaged impact investing clients.
