Eat. Learn. Play. in Oakland is seeking an Associate, Impact to support grant operations, data collection, and reporting within the Impact team. This role reports to the Director, Impact Investments and will help ensure accurate data and timely deliverables.
The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in our Oakland office. You will coordinate across teams, manage calendars, and contribute to impact measurement and grant tracking efforts.

Founded in 2019 by Stephen and Ayesha Curry, Eat. Learn. Play. is working to transform the public-school experience for a generation of Oakland kids. A new role on our growing Impact team, the Associate, Impact, will provide essential operational support to allow us to deepen our work in Oakland. Reporting to the Director, Impact Investments, this role keeps the team running smoothly, providing the scheduling, coordination, and administrative backbone that supports the team’s work. The Associate owns the collection of key metrics and deliverables laid out in each grant agreement, accurately enters them into our tracking systems and dashboards, and works across teams to ensure data needs are met.
