Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks an Evaluation Manager to coordinate program planning, evaluation, data management, and monitoring for grant-funded initiatives. You will act as the liaison between the evaluation team and AltaMed staff, ensuring timely data collection and reporting.

The role includes developing an M&E infrastructure, delivering trainings, and providing technical support to staff to ensure evaluative processes run smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, social services, or public health.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven evaluation and project management experience in nonprofit and/or health care sectors.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and coordination for program-level planning, evaluation, knowledge management and monitoring for grant-funded programs and other AltaMed initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between the evaluation team and AltaMed staff, coordinating with team members as needed.
• Develop, implement and manage a monitoring and evaluation infrastructure and ensure data is collected in the correct format and on schedule.
• Plan and deliver evaluation trainings and technical support for AltaMed staff to ensure evaluation is taking place as planned.
