AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, management, and execution of high-visibility projects aimed at improving AltaMed's enterprise infrastructure and clinic service integration.

You will coordinate across regions and departments to standardize processes, promote Lean practices, and deliver measurable health and business outcomes. A Bachelor's in a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care, organizational management, or related field.
• Master's degree or clinical license (RN, PA, MD) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of data analysis/project management experience with successful deployment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement highly visible projects to improve enterprise infrastructure and service integration across AltaMed.
• Coordinate across regions and departments to standardize processes and Lean practices.
• Drive outcomes that improve patient health and business results.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business/health care/organizational management or related field
