AltaMed Health Services Corp. in Commerce, CA is seeking an Evaluation Manager to oversee program-level planning, evaluation, and monitoring for grant-funded initiatives.

You will coordinate the evaluation team and AltaMed staff to ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting. The role requires a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and at least five years of evaluation and project management experience in nonprofit or health care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, social services, or public health (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven evaluation and project management experience in the nonprofit and/or health care sectors.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day oversight, management, and coordination for program-level planning, evaluation, knowledge management, and monitoring for grant-funded programs and other AltaMed initiatives.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between the evaluation team and AltaMed staff; bring in other Evaluation team staff as needed.
• Develop, implement, and manage a monitoring and evaluation infrastructure; ensure data is collected in the correct format and on schedule; deliver trainings and support.
