Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the residential program, supervising Residential Trainers and ensuring direct services are delivered effectively. The role includes coordinating Person Centered Plans and meeting the medical, financial, and recreational needs of residents.

The Manager will maintain appropriate staff ratios, monitor training, and address personnel issues with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential program by supervising, instructing, modeling and assisting Residential Trainers in providing direct services.
• Coordinate development and implementation of Person Centered Plans.
• Ensure people’s medical, financial and recreational needs are met.
• Maintain appropriate staff ratios and ensure training requirements are fulfilled.
