Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT seeks a Manager to oversee the daily operation of its residential program and supervise Residential Trainers in delivering direct services. You will coordinate Person Centered Plans and ensure residents’ medical, financial, and recreational needs are met while maintaining proper staff ratios and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate well in both verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to prioritize work and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential program.
• Supervise, instruct, model and assist Residential Trainers in providing direct services.
• Coordinate development and implementation of Person Centered Plans.
• Ensure residents' medical, financial and recreational needs are met.
