Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a House Manager to oversee daily operations of the residential program, supervise residential support staff, model professional conduct, and ensure high quality services for individuals with disabilities.

You will coordinate with schools, state agencies, families, therapists, and placement teams; implement person-centered plans; monitor medical, financial, and recreational needs; and maintain staff ratios and training to support client independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• Capable of communicating well in verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills, ability to prioritize work, and complete program documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential program by supervising Residential Support Staff.
• Ensure staff ratios and staff training are fulfilled.
• Coordinate between school, state workers, family, therapist, court and residential placement.
