Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a Manager to oversee the Day Services Program and supervise Direct Support Professionals providing care to at-risk adults and/or juveniles with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate Person Centered Plans and ensure medical, financial, and recreational needs are met.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership in safety-sensitive settings, and the ability to follow pre-approved programs and policies. Prior supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent public relations skills.
• Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance to oversee residents.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Day Services Program.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate care plans.
• Plan activities and ensure adequate staff coverage and safety.
• Maintain proper documentation and state reporting requirements.
