Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a supervisor to manage daily operations of residential programs for adults and/or juveniles with developmental disabilities in Utah. You will supervise Direct Care Professionals, ensure care plans are followed, and assist in staff training and evaluations.

The role requires strong decision-making in stress-filled environments, effective communication with a team, and adherence to Chrysalis values of Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring and Accountability.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum six months of management experience.
• Excellent public relations skills and ability to communicate with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Individuals’ Health.
• Develop, implement, and report on Person Centered Plans.
• Oversee Behavior Plans and supervision guidelines.
• Provide training for staff on first 8 hour shift.
• Audit timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
