Job summary

Chrysalis seeks a Lead Staff to assist the Residential Manager in day-to-day operations of the residential program. You will help provide direct services to individuals and arrange transportation to appointments, ensuring medical and recreational needs are met while following manager instructions.

Responsibilities include developing plans, supervising staff, handling paperwork, planning menus, teaching basic finance skills, and maintaining a clean, healthy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Ability to implement and report on Person Centered Plans and goals.
• Strong communication with families, professionals, and state staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Manager in daily operations of the residential program.
• Provide transportation to medical and other appointments for individuals.
• Follow directions from the Residential Manager for required home tasks.
• Be on call for the home as needed.
• Develop, implement, and report on Person Center Plans.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to Behavior Plans and supervision guidelines.
• Plan weekly menus and assist with grocery purchases.
• Teach individuals basic finance skills and manage house supplies.
