Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reception for newly arriving refugees.
  • Maintain an active caseload of 30–40 cases.
  • Conduct intake meetings with clients.
  • Facilitate referrals to public services.
  • Connect clients with community networks.
  • Provide transportation for clients as needed.
  • Handle documentation according to agency requirements.
  • Participate in training and meetings as requested.
