Job summary

Global Refuge, a mission-driven nonprofit, seeks a Case Manager to deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed case management via virtual services for refugees and ORR-eligible populations.

You will develop service plans, coordinate with agencies, and document activities to support self-sufficiency and integration. Strong communication and linguistic skills across diverse communities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field or two years of experience in case management or social services preferred.
• Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or limited English speakers preferred.
• Fluency in languages spoken by client populations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate client-centered, trauma-informed support.
• Create service plans with clients to address needs and achieve self-sufficiency.
• Provide virtual support including school enrollment, healthcare referrals, social services, and employment connections.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and program requirements.
