You’ll initially elevate customer service and execution for select key accounts, coordinating design calls, submittals, and stakeholder updates to keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Proven success in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Attend and document all design calls with customers and internal teams.
• Review project documentation and drawings to catch and correct errors.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and security control elements into submittal drawings.
• Assemble, track, and secure approvals for submittals and engineering docs.
• Monitor contracts and scopes of work; prepare change orders and proposals as needed.
• Track manufacturing timelines and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all meetings, approvals, and changes.
• Lead project team meetings and coordinate stakeholder communication.
• Provide information to procurement to source vendor quotes and monitor budgets.
• Spot risks early and take action to prevent delays.
• Support logistics with shipping execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients by gathering requirements and providing updates.
