Design Build Structures is seeking an organized Project Manager / Production Coordinator to lead fabrication operations from kickoff through delivery. You will coordinate schedules, production timelines, and customer expectations while serving as the primary liaison among customers, engineering, detailing, fabrication, and field installation.

Qualifications

• Experience reading structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of AISC standards and structural steel fabrication practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel fabrication projects from award through final delivery.
• Coordinate project schedules, production timelines, and customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specs and contracts to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues affecting schedule or budget.
• Coordinate material requirements and production priorities to support efficient flow.
