Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin (Viola) is seeking an experienced HR payroll professional to own benefits administration, payroll compliance, and employee leave programs within a growing manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Accounting, and outside vendors to drive process improvements, support payroll accuracy, and enhance the overall employee experience. Flexibility to work from home on occasion and a competitive salary with bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR, or related field with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits administration: Manage medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, and retirement benefits, including open enrollment, employee questions, vendor relationships, and deduction audits.
• Support payroll accuracy and compliance: Review benefit deductions, garnishments, taxable benefits, and employee compensation records while partnering with Accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage employee leaves: Administer FMLA, ADA, parental leave, workers' compensation, and other leave programs, ensuring proper documentation, eligibility tracking, and compliance.
• Contribute to HR operations: Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, maintain accurate HRIS records, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
