Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll/benefits experience
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and employment-related compliance requirements
• Experience with ACA reporting and COBRA administration
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and large databases
• Ability to interpret plan documents and communicate clearly to employees and managers

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees including taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Administer benefits programs and COBRA administration; coordinate enrollments and open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare reports for management, auditors, and regulators; support audits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure compliance with regulations.
