Job summary

CFS in the United States is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support our growing team in Wisconsin. This hybrid role offers a $75,000-$85,000 base with bonus potential and the flexibility to work from home 1–3 days per week.

You will process multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly staff, manage benefits programs, and drive improvements in payroll processes and tax compliance. A collaborative culture and room to influence total rewards await.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–4+ years of payroll processing experience with benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Use HRIS to automate and streamline payroll processes.
• Set up payroll tax and compliance in new states.
• Manage leave administration including FMLA.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies as SME.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit programs.
• Collaborate with benefits broker and external vendors; assist with reporting and audits.
