Job summary

Health Connect America is a multi-state mental health provider seeking an Operations Hiring Specialist to oversee the interview and hiring process for the operations team. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to identify qualified candidates and ensure a smooth, compliant selection process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment or direct hiring for positions such as Family-Centered Treatment Specialists, Mental Health Therapists, or Family Development Specialists is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interview and hiring process for the operations team.
• Conduct interviews for operations team positions in a structured and fair manner.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate qualifications.
• Analyze workforce data and forecast staffing needs based on operational trends and service demands.
