Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of media planning or media strategy experience.
• Strong experience with national multi-channel media planning.
• Familiarity with cross-channel planning tools (including Nielsen Media Impact, Commspoint, Media Radar, Catalyst).
• Understanding of cross-channel audience activation using various data sources.
• Ability to synthesize various research studies and reports.
• Ability to work independently and trouble shoot as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop media strategy based upon client objectives
• Interact directly with cross disciplinary agency teams
• Connect and collaborate with cross departmental teams to understand and define target audiences
• Present recommendation to clients for approval and internal teams for activation
• Consult with channel teams on how target definitions are translated across partners for activation
• Coaching, guidance, inspirational leadership and performance management of all direct reports
• Support and inspire the work and the people
• Other duties as assigned
