Razorfish, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Media Leader in Dallas to drive multi-channel media strategy and client leadership for enterprise brands. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate strategies into audience-focused plans, and advance data-driven decision making across campaigns.

You will foster strong client relationships, lead strategic thinking, and optimize the media planning process while mentoring a team of media professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7-10+ years of multi-channel media experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience on a large enterprise client team.
• Ability to strategically plan campaigns from audience determination to KPIs.
• Strong analytics to inform planning and strategy.
• History of identifying media opportunities and presenting them to clients.
• Experience optimizing the media planning process.
• Portfolio management of paid media for a large brand.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current media industry news with a focus on upstream initiatives.
• Ensure the team delivers sound strategic media recommendations aligned to brand objectives.
• Lead team and client interactions to build and grow client relationships.
• Elevate strategic thinking across the portfolio and set learning agendas.
• Write and deliver strategies and POVs and translate them into audience recommendations.
• Analyze client audience strategies and work with internal groups on business cases.
• Foster collaboration and ensure timely execution of assignments.
• Provide vision and management to team members ensuring alignment with goals.
• Demonstrate deep technical understanding and problem-solving when needed.
