Job summary

HDR, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit teams, monitor solicitation statuses, and help prepare proposals and materials. The role includes managing client relationships and reporting dashboards, maintaining project data, and coordinating large internal meetings.

You will contribute to content creation and go-to-market initiatives across HDR's Water Industry group. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with Adobe

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
• Support management of client relationships and dashboards for reporting.
• Maintain project data in business development systems and CRM.
• Coordinate([sic]) large internal meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Develop and publish engaging digital content to strengthen HDR's brand.
