Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within Southern California as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client, contact, opportunity, project data in CRM and BD systems.
• Support reporting, metrics and dashboards for business development.
• Monitor procurement opportunities and market developments.
• Help develop persuasive qualifications, proposals, and interview materials.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, content collection and submittals.
• Assist with client messaging, win themes and presentations.
• Support interview prep, logistics, and materials.
• Organize proposal and marketing resources for future pursuits.
• Administer go/no-go processes per HDR's Matrix of Authority.
• Develop internal communications, webinars and meeting materials.
• Support external marketing activities to raise HDR visibility.
• Research clients, funding, trends and competitors.
• Support client plans with outreach tracking and follow-up actions.
• Support solicitation of formal client feedback and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to annual and long-term strategic plans and investments.
• Coordinate HDR participation in conferences and events.
