Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation and maintenance of course materials.
• Coordinate onboarding education for new Ops Supervisors and onboarding support.
• Schedule training and manage logistics to support business goals.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies; work with cross-functional teams.
