Job summary

VITAS Healthcare Corporation is seeking a dedicated Representative to educate physicians and healthcare leaders about the value of hospice care. You will build trusted relationships with referral sources and guide conversations on prognostication and Medicare hospice benefits.

Based in a local VITAS office, you will travel to physician offices, hospitals, and care facilities to grow meaningful partnerships while advancing compassionate end-of-life care across your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience or in healthcare services preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders and professionals.
• Guide referral sources through prognostication and Medicare hospice value during conversations.
• Champion the benefits of hospice care and coordinate with clinical partners to ensure patient needs are met.
