Help At Home, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead care teams and ensure high-quality in-home services. You will coordinate plans of care, train staff, and monitor performance to maintain compassionate, compliant care for clients.

The role involves in-home visits, scheduling coordination, and ongoing liaison with clients, aides, and branch leadership to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; may require additional certification.
• Current PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Medicaid or home health care experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and employee files with confidentiality.
• Provide direct training where applicable.
• Assign homecare aides based on care plans.
• Monitor aides to ensure quality of personal care.
• Communicate schedules with clients and staff.
• Conduct periodic in-home visits when needed.
• Prepare routine department reports.
• Document client condition and service provided.
• Handle client complaints and escalate as required.
• Educate on changes to Plans of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
