Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Health Contracts Manager to lead performance, quality and governance across a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands. You will build strong internal and external relationships, promote service delivery, and ensure alignment with inclusion criteria and commissioners’ expectations.

You will recruit and develop multidisciplinary teams, monitor performance data, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with SLAs and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences, or Community Development.
• Demonstrable management and mentoring experience in health or social care.
• Experience delivering programmes in line with contractual requirements and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Embed quality, processes and procedures; test and promote new policies.
• Recruit and develop multi-disciplinary teams; support PDPs and annual appraisals.
• Oversee clinical governance, audit and evaluation; support evidence generation.
