MAXIMUS is recruiting for a Health Promotion leadership role within our West Midlands team. You will manage performance, quality, compliance and delivery of health contracts, and build strong links with local authorities, Integrated Care Systems and referral partners to meet service targets.

You will drive clinical governance, staff development and continuous improvement, ensure data quality and financial oversight, and collaborates with commissioners to sustain and grow the service.

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field of Health Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences, or Community Development
• At least 3 years in health or social care related post
• Demonstrable management, leadership and mentoring within a similar role/environment
• Experience of working effectively with a range of stakeholders and building relationships
• Evidence of delivering programmes in line with contractual requirements and SLAs
• Experience with financial management and ability to scrutinise budgets
• Familiar with risk analysis and mitigating challenges
• Recruiting and developing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in writing reports, procedures, and policies
• Devising, implementing, and analysing performance measures for services

Responsabilidades

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts operating within the West Midlands
• Create and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Ensure Quality/Process and Procedures are embedded
• Recruiting and developing teams to ensure they are embedded within Maximus and satisfy all required knowledge and quality standards
• Clinical Governance / Audit
• Key Contacts & Relationships: Internal/External stakeholders and partners
