Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a mission-driven fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and corporate partners. You will drive peer-to-peer fundraising, implement campaign standards, and help ensure revenue targets are met in a designated market.

You will collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research to share the mission, organize donor events, recruit volunteers, and grow the sponsorship pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Strong relationship-building and fundraising skills.
• Experience with donor cultivation and volunteer recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue budget.
• Implement campaign standards across event portfolio to ensure annual budget.
• Maintain KPI view and use KPI data to drive activity and timelines.
• Partner with directors to build strategic plans, track progress, and revise accordingly.
• Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting corporate partners and closing agreements.
• Collaborate with local region team and national shared service partners.
• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate the mission and priorities.
• Organize mission-centered donor events and prospect high-impact donors for stewardship.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteers; develop recruitment plans and secure new partners.
• Research, network, and prospect for volunteers and corporate partners to grow revenue and mission activities.
