Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer campaigns in the Charleston area. You will work with local education, services and health research teams to align donor outreach with our mission and revenue goals.

You will recruit, cultivate and manage high-level volunteers, develop recruitment plans and partner with national teams to expand fundraising programs while ensuring strong pipeline growth and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 4–6 years in a directly relatable fundraising/advancement role.
• Strong relationship-building and donor stewardship experience.
• Experience managing volunteers and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with fundraising volunteers and prospect high-impact donors.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research teams to align programs with mission.
• Recruit and manage volunteer committees and partner with national teams.
