Job summary

Blood Cancer United seeks a mission-driven fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer fundraising across a designated market area, aiming to exceed revenue goals for our mission.

You will partner with Education, Services and Health Research, recruit and cultivate high-level volunteers, and oversee committees to grow donor engagement while coordinating with local teams and national shared service partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mission-centered donor cultivation events and recruit volunteers.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Develop plans for fundraising product strategy with timelines and budgets.
• Recruit and manage volunteer committees and key donors.
