Blood Cancer United is seeking a mission-driven leader to head multiple staff teams and build strong relationships with constituents. You will implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for the organization’s mission, with local focus and national backing.

The role requires directing a strategic plan, developing fundraising staff, and recruiting high-level volunteers, while aligning programs with Blood Cancer United’s goal to enable patients with blood cancer

Qualifications

• Lead and manage multiple staff teams to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans and programs.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, and corporate partners to support Blood Cancer United’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Education Services and Health Research to communicate the mission and priorities.
• Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors.
• Hire, train, and develop peer-to-peer fundraising teams and volunteers.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer leadership and committees.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising revenue and sponsorships.
