Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks an Associate Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team on commercial/industrial energy efficiency programs in the Northeast, preferably New York or Massachusetts. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving program success.

Experience with Existing Building Commissioning is a plus; strong budgeting, data analysis, and leadership skills are essential to manage initiatives and deliverables

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Masters preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or related field; at least 1 year in supervision.
• Proven ability to plan, scope, and budget projects and initiatives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages subprojects and develops work plans to meet goals and budgets.
• Organizes and maintains databases for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Identifies and tracks program deliverables and ensures on-time delivery.
• Improves progress and develops solutions for market dynamics and issues.
• Manages client expectations, communications, and escalates issues as needed.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Software, Marketing, and Finance to meet program needs.
