Resource Innovations is seeking an Operations Manager in New Jersey to lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale energy efficiency programs. You will develop implementation plans, manage budgets, forecasts, and client relationships while ensuring projects meet goals and timelines.

You will oversee program design, subcontractors, and internal staff across engineering, QA/QC, outreach, and software to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of study.
• 5+ years’ experience in energy-efficiency or DSM specific related experience.
• Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver short- and long-term implementation plans, budgets and forecasts.
