Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an Operations Manager in New Jersey to lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale energy efficiency programs. You will oversee operations, engineering, QA/QC, outreach, and software to meet client goals through strategic planning and effective program execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in energy-efficiency, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in energy-efficiency or DSM-related experience.
• Experience developing scopes, budgets and plans.
• Strong planning and strategic skills.
• Contract development and negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver short- and long-term implementation plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional program implementation activities across operations, engineering, QA/QC, outreach and software.
• Manage large-budget energy efficiency programs and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and stakeholder communications; resolve issues.
• Guide staff alignment, forecasting, and performance against goals.
