Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role
• Strong relationship building and volunteer recruitment skills

Responsibilities

• Fundraising & relationship building to drive revenue targets
• Manage peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and partnerships
• Develop recruitment plans and secure new volunteer partners
• Collaborate with education, services and health research teams to communicate mission
