Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer programs to surpass revenue goals in the designated market area. You will partner with Education, Services and Health Research groups to communicate the mission and priorities.

The role emphasizes recruiting and managing volunteers, cultivating high-level donors, and executing strategic plans for fundraising initiatives to support the organization's bold goal of curing blood

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years' experience in a directly relatable role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with fundraising volunteers to exceed revenue goals.
• Drive peer-to-peer fundraising and contribute to strategic planning for fundraising products.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to support Blood Cancer United's mission.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
• Identify and engage constituents and donors to support fundraising products.
• Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through research and outreach.
