Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of program management experience.
• Minimum two years supervising staff.
• Experience submitting fiscal and performance reports by contractual deadlines.
• Experience reconciling data between HMIS/CaseWorthy and reported figures.
• Valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team across case management and field operations.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate Strive staff.
• Maintain staffing schedules across field sites and transportation.
• Coordinate with City housing dept and partners on plans.
• Direct outreach, enrollment, paid work experience, and placement.
• Ensure HMIS and CaseWorthy records meet program standards.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports to the City.
• Monitor program budgets and ensure allowable costs.
