Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services, Education, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in community-based programs or family support.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partnerships with community organizations and providers.
• Oversee daily operations of the THRIVE Center.
• Support outreach and community engagement efforts.
