Job summary

Mission Services of Silicon Valley is seeking a Strive Program Manager to lead the San Jose Bridge grant, guiding a team of case managers, employment specialists, and drivers to connect participants with living wage work through litter abatement and public restroom crews, with collaboration with City of San Jose.

The role ensures enrollment targets, field operations, and accurate reporting to the City, while developing staff, managing partnerships, and maintaining records in HMIS and CaseWorthy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum three years of program management experience.
• Minimum two years supervising staff.
• Experience submitting fiscal and performance reports by deadlines.
• Experience reconciling data between HMIS/CaseWorthy and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across case management and field operations.
• Oversee enrollment, paid work experience, and placement activities.
• Manage wage subsidy program and timecard verification.
• Maintain HMIS and CaseWorthy records and reporting to City.
• Coordinate with City Housing Dept, Beautify SJ and partners.
