Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco is seeking an Annual Fund Manager to lead our annual giving program from San Francisco in a hybrid capacity. You will manage donor relationships, coordinate campaigns, and partner with vendors to deliver timely direct mail and online giving initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy, you will analyze donor data in Salesforce, renew mid-level donors, and support leadership with strategic engagement across San Francisco, Marin, and San

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years experience in project management, donor relations, or customer service required.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office or comparable software suites.
• Experience with Salesforce; willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage an unpredictable workflow.
• Strategic, creative thinker and planner.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking clearly, listening, and persuading.
• Must travel within HGSF’s tri-county service area (San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo).

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-level donor portfolio through outreach, cultivation and stewardship activities to renew and upgrade donors.
• Oversee annual giving programs and partnerships with outside vendors to ensure on-time, impactful execution.
• Direct mail solicitation strategy and implementation to grow donors and prospects.
• Manage the online giving program to renew and increase participation.
• Analyze donor data and monitor revenue/expenses for annual giving effort.
• Maintain donor data integrity in Salesforce and coordinate with Development Ops.
• Support leadership with donor engagement and cultivation activities.
• Collaborate with vendors/consultants on copy, design, mailing lists, and production.
