Job summary

Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to join our Development team. This role drives fundraising campaigns, grant management, donor engagement, and special events.

You will build relationships with foundations, businesses, and community partners, manage donor records, analyze giving trends, and contribute to strategic campaigns that support compassionate care. Qualifications

• 2 years of nonprofit fundraising experience preferred, incl. events and grants.
• Experience using social media for fundraising and brand awareness.
• Proficiency with fundraising databases, email, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support fundraising campaigns and events, including Annual Giving and other initiatives.
• Develop fundraising budgets, track outcomes, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
• Partner with Marketing and Community Relations to promote events and awareness.
• Manage donor lists and develop promotional materials (ads, emails, flyers, social posts).
• Assist with Capital Campaigns and grant development as directed by leadership.
• Identify grant opportunities and cultivate relationships with funders.
• Write, submit, and manage grant proposals with supporting docs.
