Job summary

Rose Brooks Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Data Specialist for a full-time in-person role. The position focuses on extracting, compiling, and distributing routine and ad hoc reports to support operations and performance monitoring, without responsibilities for strategic data analysis.

The role reports to the COO and collaborates with Grants, Finance, and program teams to ensure timely, accurate data collection and reporting in alignment with agency policies and trauma-informed care

Qualifications

2+ years of accurate and timely data collection and reporting experience.
2+ years of administrative, reporting, office management, or data support experience.
Experience working with databases or software systems.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of data quality and reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

Extract, compile, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports for operations and performance monitoring.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
Collaborate with COO, program directors, Grants, and Finance to develop data collection and reporting processes.
