Job summary

Coalition for Responsible Community Development seeks a Data & Reporting Specialist to lead grant reporting, oversee a team of analysts, and ensure high-quality data management across programs. The role reports to the Associate Director of Learning & Evaluation and requires strong data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities.

Responsibilities include managing grant reports, maintaining reporting schedules in Salesforce, and ensuring accurate program outcomes data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of related nonprofit experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience with data systems and data analysis.
  • Experience authoring funder reports and/or program outcomes and impact reports.
  • Strong quantitative and/or qualitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent data visualization and presentation skills; Excel and graphing capability.

Responsibilities

  • Implement standards for grant reporting to communicate success and strengthen funder relationships.
  • Lead calendar management and authorship of all grant reports for funders.
  • Maintain records of reporting schedules in Salesforce and reporting portals.
  • Ensure accurate collection of program outcomes data for funder reports.
  • Meet with program leadership to align reporting with program progress.
  • Contribute to organizational strategic goals and reporting efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Learning and Evaluation.
