Job summary

Grace Place for Children and Families is seeking a Data Coordinator to join the Data Team. The role focuses on entering, maintaining, reviewing, and organizing information across student, family, donor, grant, and reporting systems, enabling accurate enrollment and program reporting.

You will work with multiple systems (EZReports, Raiser's Edge, ETO, Stopwatch) and staff across programs to resolve discrepancies, protect confidentiality, and support data-informed decisions aligned with Grace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in business, IT, data administration, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data-entry experience.
• Experience with nonprofit donor/Grants systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and verify student, family, donor, and program data across multiple systems.
• Process enrollments, attendance, and program records with accuracy.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc data reports for programs and development.
• Maintain data quality by identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information across departments.
• Support data imports/exports and assist with annual reporting and dashboards.
