Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in grants administration or development.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with CRM/databases like DASH, Salesforce, Bloomerang, Virtuous, or Blackbaud.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and documentation.
• Prepare grant reports using program and financial data.
• Assist with researching and writing grant proposals.
• Maintain grant calendar and funding pipeline.
• Coordinate with program and finance staff for information.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Maintain program and participant data and create dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and suggest improvements.
• Support impact measurement and evaluation initiatives.
• Maintain donor and funder records.
• Assist with annual reports, fundraising campaigns, and board reporting.
• Assist with audits and compliance requests.
