Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, sorting, and data validation.
• Experience with data entry, records maintenance, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and large spreadsheets with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data across student, family, donor, grant, and program systems.
• Support enrollment, attendance, and program data accuracy.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using templates and schedules.
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information and collaborate with Data Team.
